Taking care of your baby is all about taking care of you. It's easy to recognize this when you're pregnant, but it’s no different after you've given birth. To be the best we can be for others, we must be at our best. So, taking care of yourself is one of the best things you can do for your baby. In your sessions with me, I'll take care of the caretaker.
PILATES and BARRE
I'll gladly add some prenatal Pilates and barre movements into the mix. (You don't need a ballet barre in your home for the barre work; the back of a chair is just fine.) Barre exercises, in fact, can provide a wonderful way to find strength, breath, and flexibility without the need to lie down in uncomfortable or impossible places.
